Vacant Home Management

New Home Inspection

Buying a new home? Before builders hand over the keys to you officially, they give you one last chance to address all snags in the apartment. It is better to address all issues right around this time, because once final payment is made and keys handed over, there is less priority to address these issues.

Since we manage a lot of new homes, we know what kind of problems are typical in a new house. Issues like water seepages, irregular tiling, missing putty, etc. when addressed early will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.

Interior Design

As you know, nowadays, new homes do not come with any storage space and would-be tenants expect owners to provide interiors such as modular kitchen, wardrobes, pooja room, loft, etc. We know what woodwork is required to get the best rent possible.
